I think ALL companies who port games from one format to another should be REQUIRED to disclose what format the game was originally designed for.

Here is my point: If i want to play a CONSOLE game, I will buy a blasted console!

In this age of non-returnable software and $50 for a title. A PC game should be a PC game!

I can tell within the first 5 min of a game what format the title was designed for.

Anything that has been dumbed down for an 8 year old or has chunky graphics and text so you can play it on a TV is CONSOLE PORT!

I have no problem with them doing this for financial reasons, but trying to pass off console games as PC titles is just wrong!

"corporate" and "ethics" ...heheheh two words that couldnt possibly be further from each other

but I agree, it really is a challenge to the buying public when the publisher doesnt disclose the games roots ...I mean console fps and PC fps play completely different ...I find console versions of fps to be dumbed down versions of pc shooters. I quickly got bored of Halo2 (still havent finished it) but I couldnt stop playing HL2
