Could I do this legally?

I've got an old game, Empire Earth: The Art of Conquest, which I bought a couple of years back. The only problem is that It wont install. (Bad installation)
Would It be legal to download a different version of the game from a File Sharing network, as ive already paid for it?

If it has a CD-key, then use the CD-key from the copy that you own. Technically, that's legal.

I cant find the game anywhere -.-
I might have to try to reinstall again then ask you guys for a solution to the tech problem
