Could not connect to Steam Network...again

lo,

recently had probs with the common error 'The game is currently unavailable', so I try a reinstall.

Now i get this lol :/ 'Could not connect to Steam Network'

- (im sure u dont need it, u've probably all seen the errors before...)

Ive tryed all of the 'Answers pages' from Steam and all of the 'solutions' like port forwarding - which of course didn't help...

Ive never had any probs with my computer at all, nor any other software - but a lot of people seem to have trouble with Steam.

Help would be appreciated.

I once had steam tell me it was too busy for me to play CS:S. POS.
