were supposed to get hl2 sent to us a week b4 the release.. maybe half life ships on the 30th and we get it october 1...whcih would be the release and that tomarrow would be the day..

i always get it at the lcoal store on the shipping date. most of them get it a day later.
Its kinda cool, i had GTA3, tony hawk 3, metal gear 2, a day earlier than most and got to gloat.

for HL 2, it depends where you are. It may come in on the 29th, may come in during the afternoon of the 30th, it may come in on october 1

Is this another delay thread or just ranting about no news from Valve meaning the possibility of a delay.. either way its been discussed over 1000 times and even if the game is delayed, we should just wait til we hear something official.
