Counter-Strike: Condition Zero Deleted Scenes Stop Downloading At 95%!!!

Counter-Strike Condition Zero Downloading stops at 95%. It won't get the last 5% and I even tried to restart the computer. I tried playing the game, but it locks up when trying to load level 2. Says Texture not aligned to 16 or something like that. Does anyone know how to get the rest of the 5%?

The steam network might be pretty busy, wait an hour or so and then try again, if that fails i would email the tech support, if that leads nowhere you may have to delete the cache file and redownload.
