Don't think there is.. If a person is hacking and you see it, you wouldn't need a program to detect that.. Just ban them and they won't be bothering you again.

Cheating is a really odd thing. I know a few CS vets who've never touched a hack in their life who are kicked/banned from servers regularly because they're just too good I suppose people are too paranoid about this stuff, or they just don't like to admit they lost. Either way I've been standing right there with them, and they weren't hacking, it's a toughie. What sucks is they then have to go into servers and purposefully die every round or two just so they don't seem too good =/

Anyway, about your friend, I'm not sure about cheat detecting, but you should spec him an entire round and record a demo. Then if you anything odd you'll have proof
