counter-strike resolution problem

Well, I installed steam on my computer yet again and I was tweaking the resolution when I accidentally pushed the resolution to far and my monitor can't handle it so all i get whenever I try to play counterstrike is a nice box on my monitor that says "out of range"

anyone know how i can fix this without uninstalling?

your gonna have to manually edit a .txt file.... dunno which one though sry.

I'm not sure which file you have to edit either..

Just add -height XXXX -width XXXX to your launch command line
