Counter Strike Saturday July 12th @ 6PM PST/ 9PM EST?

To the mods, I hope this is okay, my apologies if it isn't.

Some of you might know this already but I help run a game community at http://www.csgamer.com. We are trying to get some people together to play some friendly counter strike 1.6 this Saturday. We will be offering prizes, what those prizes will be hasn't been decided yet but I will update this as soon as I know. And just because there are prizes we aren't thinking of making this tournament style, we just want to have some fun. I will be playing under the name CSG| No Limit.

If you haven't played Counter Strike in a while we will be playing a number of fun game modes including Gun Game where players start with a basic pistol and must score kills to receive better weapons, and Team Deathmatch where players on a team get to respawn after each kill. I know this game has been out since before many of you were born but these game modes will probably get you addicted to counter strike again.

Ahh, i played gun game before. It's OK, though a bit annoying when there are people with the massive guns and you can't kill em because you have a glock.

I MAY try this out if I'm too terribly bored, but I've already had my fill of CS with 6+ years straight of it ;(

I love 1.6, I prefer it several times over CS Source, I would love to play if I'm about then, but my main gripe is the US server, usually giving way to a poor ping from this side of the pond (London & Croatia!)
