counter-strike source crash

Hey , I cant start up css fine And then i got to join a server and when it gets to the part where its receving server info it freezes then i get an beeping error But i cant see the error cause when i try to minimize counter-strike source just closes and i dont get to see the error But after i loaded css agian and i got to consuel it gives me the erro couldent write userconfig.cfg does not exist
writed new userconfig.cfg then it gives me the same error 4 more times could some one help please?
