Counter strike: source realism....?

I started steam and there was a news window stating that CS:S was having more realism added...the news went on to list a ton of things you have to do with weapons to ensure proper use and care. Yet none of this is in game, or I can't find it.

Does anyone have any clue what I am talking about or am I mad....?

Also if more realism has been added, how do you activate or access?
