Counter Strike Source Update STUCK !!!

HALP !!! MY CS:S has been stuck at 98 % for the last four frickken days.
WTF !!! What do I do?

Is is a Server problem???

Delete the "clientregistry.blob" in the main Steam folder and "platform.gcf" in the Steamapps folder. First back up the files in another map, then exit Steam, delete the files and restart Steam.

Old thread, but still worked perfectly for me tonight.

Note: I had to manually kill the "h2l" and "steam" process in the Task Manager before make it working because they were bugged!
