What is the avarage download speed in Counter-Strike >>during the game<<? Is it similar to the transfer of other multiplayer games (ex. Enemy Territory)?

What does the first number mean? (71 in this case)

-2.34 k/s is the download in kilobytes per second
-what is 71?

(of course the numbers are just for example)

I believe the number following in: is the amount of packets perhaps? ..either that or like Varisty said, In: [Download rate] [Upload Rate] k/s
