counterstrike problem :(

i have a friend who playes counterstrike and when he is ingame his cs just freezes voor 20 sec and then he can play again its very weird !!
i need someone who can solve this problem pleasE!!!!!!!

Seems to me he has memory related issues. Increasing the page file might help. If it's Steam 1.6 then it's steam related.
