CPU/GPU usage programs

Are there any good programs that will let you monitor CPU/GPU usage and temperature while in-game?

But that is probably a bit much for what you are looking for.

nvidia templogger can log you the GPU temperatures... though for some reason it isn't working with my 8800gt.

You can use Speedfan, then go to the "charts" section then tick your CPU/GPU. When you're in-game for a bit, alt-tab out and read the graph to see where you peak.

I have an ATI card though. Will it still work? It's an HD 2600 Pro.
