Cpu problem?

Hi, ive noticed that my cpu id doing strange things, when no programs are running. it spikes loads and slows down games. ive also taken a screen shot of the processes. Any idea why this is happening?

Not too sure, but just check under the CPU on processes and see which one has the most usage, check if its a vital proggie and if not shut it down.
