cracked servers

Hi,

when i connect to servers, some of them give me a welcome msg like "wecome, this is a cracked server"

is there a way to hide these servers from the server-list?
i want to play on original public servers only!

Why, what does it matter. Or is it only because of moral reasons, in that case just come to the sever of this site. You can find it somewhere, but don't ask me where.

yeah I dont want to play on one, firstly for moral reasons... secondly I dont want to be the guy who gets his steam account banned because he was on a cracked server (knowing, or unknowingly).

There has been a "speex" (or something like that) codec for quite some time... though, I forgot how to use it.

for Counter-Strike Source?!?!

I checked, all that CS:S currently has is the Vaudio_miles (low quality, called Voice_miles in HL1)
there is no Vaudio_speex, and no Voice_speex for CS:S.
if there is, please tell me where to get it/how it wasnt preloaded

the server specifies what codec to use, but if you want to enable it on your server the command is

HL1: sv_voicecodec "Voice_speex" (or "Voice_miles" if you want low quality)

Hl2: sv_voicecodec "Vaudio_miles" (no others available)
