It is 5:30 AM right now where I live. I have been up all night. I start school in 3 days. not good. I need to get back on schedule.

anyone else have similar woes?

Yes, I tried to sleep early so I wouldn't get in this predicament. Went to bed at 10pm, woke up at 4am. Now I just have to make through this day without taking a nap or passing out.

Stay awake until the evening, then go to sleep. Doesn't matter if you go to sleep a bit earlier than normal, just as long as it's dark outside. Then you'll be fine.

Works for me anyway.

thats what i plan to do. I got really tired about an hour ago, now I feel pretty normal.

Get up early one morning, and everything sorts itself out.

Reminds me of how I used to be back in the college days. I went to bed when the sun came up.

Just force yourself to sleep roughly eight hours before you need to wake up. After a day or two your body should have adjusted and you'll be fine. Of course, an alarm clock helps too.

My alarm clock can go off for 2 hours before i wake up...

theres no need to worry, it's all about getting sleep on the last night, go to bed real early, you'll feel good as new

It takes all of two days to right yourself. Say you start school on a Tuesday, but you're staying up until 6am every day. The solution is to pull an all-nighter on Sunday/Monday, and then go to sleep at around 8pm. Or you can wake yourself up early like The Monkey suggested, but let's be honest, waking up early when you don't have anywhere to be is for pussies.

I like to be awake during the time that my parents are away at work so I can actually enjoy it, rather than sleep it away.

just goto school alot and soon your circadian system will fall into line. you could always take a lot of nyquil

fiddlesticks.

I fell asleep at about 6pm today and it is now 1am. I am ****ed.

Feces

Alternate with nyquil and energy drinks. When school starts drink one in the morning, and then stash one in your locker. Drink the second one at lunch.

Speed.

That'll keep you going on and on and on and on and on and on and on.

And on. Fecal matter.
