Stay awake until the evening, then go to sleep. Doesn't matter if you go to sleep a bit earlier than normal, just as long as it's dark outside. Then you'll be fine.

Just force yourself to sleep roughly eight hours before you need to wake up. After a day or two your body should have adjusted and you'll be fine. Of course, an alarm clock helps too.

It takes all of two days to right yourself. Say you start school on a Tuesday, but you're staying up until 6am every day. The solution is to pull an all-nighter on Sunday/Monday, and then go to sleep at around 8pm. Or you can wake yourself up early like The Monkey suggested, but let's be honest, waking up early when you don't have anywhere to be is for pussies.
