The game has crashed to desktop while loading up ever since Ive installed it, but Ive always been able to bring the title menu back up with ALT+TAB so I never thought much of it.
That doesn't work anymore. Now I can no longer access the game, clicking on the taskbar or hitting ALT+TAB just resets back to the desktop. FWIW Im not sure it has anything to do with the recent patch as it was fine the day after. Im not sure what triggered it. CS:S works fine as well, so they're not related.
Has anyone found a way to solve any of their own CTD problems? Steam's knowledge base wasn't exactly helpful...Appreciate any feedback on this. Thanks.
