create splashes in the water

when you walk in the water in the aztec you see those nice splashes and also when you shoot in it but i dont see this anymore

whats the command to enable this again

i also dont see the fruut in cs_italy whats the command to enable that?

ok i just found out its
cl_show_splashes 1

the only thing i need to know know is how to show all the fruut in the cs_italy i only see 2 melon no more bananas
