Any personal experience with Creatine Monohydrate?

Can you give any tips(usage, routines ect)?

If you don't know what I'm talking about and your over 16. I think you should look into it. Trust me, its the way forward...

Personally, I wouldn't bother with creatine, unless you are planning on using it over the long haul. Lots of healthy food, a few cans of tuna here and there, an egg every few hours, and you can get all sorts of results.

But, if you are 16, I would STRONGLY advise you to wait untill you are older. Stick with protein supplements untill you get older and more experienced.

Never ever used it but i have a few kg's waiting here for when i start bulking soon, my brother has used it extensively however.
Completely harmless (as long as you get quality stuff)
You need a loading phase and then maintainance phase, you'll need to get the amount right to suit your training and physical shape (plenty of places on net with the info)

I would steer clear of this kin of thing personally. Just a good diet and regular exercise should do you.

I would suggest exercise, that reminds me, after so many christmas dinners im gonna need to go down the gym

Its a supplement, should only be used if you know what you're doing, body building etc.

I use Creatine CEX, much better then the monohydrate and doesn't require a loading phase.

Just because of loading phase? Or have you tried both, whats the difference?

Seems like alot of bulkers/rippers use it and recommend it.

Personally I just use whey protein when working out and omega 3 and some male essential vitamins for supplements.

Whats this creatine monohydrnatate? Does it increase your size?

It's a natural compound found in our muscles it's basically the short term fuel our muscles use, it is used up extremely quickly (a few seconds) by the muscle cells, once used your muscles are fatigued.
On taking creatine your muscles will be able to work harder and provide a little more force, you can expect mabye 20% increase in performance.
It also bulks your muscles out as it's stored with water in the muscles but as soon as you stop taking it they "deflate to normal" ......but of course you will have put on muscle in training harder.

The only natural dietary source is red meat afaik, of course it's non-essential (made in our own bodies)

I've only tried the CEX as i was told it was much better then the monohydrate, the only problem is is that it's more expensive. Both better interms of how effective it is on your body and the loading phase.

basically creatine monohydrate should only be used on 4 week incraments of on and off because when you are taking this substance your body produces naturally if you take it for a long period without withdrawing from it your body will no longer produce any of it by itsself and this will not be good when you eventually quit using the creatine suppliment
