Creating Logo's for counter-strike on steam?

How do I get my logo to show up on counter-strike? I already have the logo creator etc. i made the wad but it didn't work..

well go to the options menu, theres a button "import spray"

The methods are different for both CS versions. (1.6 / Source) please specify what version.
