Creative T7700

Hi everyone,

I am planning on upgrading my current speaker set the Creative Soundworks DTT2500 and SB Live Platinum for half life 2.

My plan is to buy the Audigy 2 ZS and Inspire T7700 7.1 Creative speakers. What do you guys think?

I am really looking for reviews of the T7700 on the web but cannot find any. Anyone found some?

Also does anyone have the THx certified megaworks speakers (either 5.1 or 6.1) and can tell me if there is a big sound quality difference for games over the Inspire series? Thanks!

I have the Megaworks 6.1 system. It is great with games, gives you a pretty good sense of where people are coming from. The back speaker, however, just dosnt seem to get loud enough to where I can tell if someone is coming up behind me, unless I turn my head so my ear points at the rear speaker.

They are really good for music though. Great sound quality and loud, just what I like in a set of speakers.

There a little on the expensive side but if you got the money go for it, or wait for the 7.1 gigaworks system that they are going to put out. I really want the gigaworks speakers, look them up on google, you should find some info. about them.
