I just found out a custom monitor driver that allows you to run games in higher resolutions and resize them to your native one, AKA supersampling. The results look awesome! before and after
I tried it out on my dad's 9400GT, and it looked great(though it was a slideshow, crappy card)
You're gonna need a very fast PC to get good framerates, but if you have one be sure to give this a try
