Hi all,
Well I love Steam, and when I upgraded my PC three weeks ago (hell, my old PC couldn't even run Counter Strike: Source) I thought I'd treat myself and buy Crysis. I was disappointed that Crysis wasn't on Steam, as I prefer digital distribution, but I knew the only way to get Crysis as a download was from EA Link, and there was no way I was using that.
So how the hell did this slip by us all so quietly?!

If Crysis can make it onto Steam, there's a good chance other EA games will soon follow. Hopefully more and more companies will begin to join Steam; I'm also still hoping Ubisoft will release their games over here for the European market. If Crysis Warhead and Far Cry 2 were both on Steam in the UK by Christmas, Steam would bleed my wallet dry.
