The crosshair in CS: Source takes like 3 times longer to get back to "idle" than CS 1.6. Even if you set cl_dynamiccrosshair 0, it still feels like you're caught in some sort of gravey. This makes the game feel slow and unresponsive, and is, IMO, the reason this doesn't feel like a Counter-Strike game. I just wanted to see what your guys' opinions on this were. If this were changed, I think it would make Source so much better.
 
I think, that CS:S is the best Counter-Strike we ever had !!! :afro:
 
i agree that it id kinda weird at first, but you get used to it and its fine IMO

i voted to change it back, but i'm fine with how it is, so i dont really mind either way

definately would be nice, kinda hard to ignore the crosshairs and just shoot where u know the burst will go even though the crosshairs aren't there

"stop your whining, who the hell looks at the crosshair spread while theyre shooting anyway, most people just follows the missed shots to get back on target"

It's not fine at all, the glock feels like you're shooting the para it's not normal. =(

yeah well when the decals dont show up from as far as 1.6 then it gets kinda hard to see where ur shooting from long distances.

change it back IMO.
