CS:CZ record and watch

Can I record while im playing CZ so that I can watch how I get head shots over and over again? If so how?

You can make a demo ingame thru the console, Im not quite sure how to do it, but that is what you do.

to record:
"record name" ("" no needed), this is how it was done in cs. when your demo is complete type in stop (both in the console).

to view the demo type in
Viewdemo name, using view demo will give you a tool bar which alows you to change the speed you watch the demo, so can watch head shots in 1/4 speed very cool
