CS models in hl2? please help

Please forgive me if this question has been answered elsewhere. I searched the forum for over an hour to see if this question had all ready been answered and only found posts asking the same question, but no answers.

Is there a way to get the counter strike models into hl2? I really want to use some of the CS models for a map I am working on, but I've not been able to find a way to do it.
