CS :S beta

I did search, and couldn't find anything very specific. Beta will be released, 28th to people that own CZ, will beta be going out at a later date to people that don't own CZ or will they have to wait until HL2 is released to play it?

But i expect that they'll release the beta to the Cybercafés on the 28th becouse they said they'll get it first. Soon after that CZ owners will have the chance to play..

You will have to wait until HL2 is released to play it, unless you own CZ.

This is what I've heard, and you can also purchase CS:S when it comes out. But I think the better deal is to purchase HL2, to get CS:S...

Get 2 products for the price of one. If you don't want HL2, you can just give it to one of your friends..

I'm in the crew of the Dutch site www.halflife-2.nl and I mailed if I could participate, even without CS:CZ.

and I could! The best thing is I'm in the 'press beta' so I probably can even play it a bit earlier than CZ players

I think all the people at halflife2.net should get a copy with the "press" since the communities spread a lot of the HL2 news. :E
