CS:S bots... when?!

Does ANYBODY have ANY clue as to when bots for cs:s are coming out? I really want to be able to play botmatch, but... well, you know.
And don't just say 'December'

I assumed that they were going to be released with prodigy, however this obviously proved to be wrong. December is quickly coming to an end, perhaps bots would be a nice Christmas present from Valve.
I'm sure they'll be here 'soon'.
