CS:S map, HL2 textures?

Can i use textures from HL2 in my CSS map? if i use them, will people who have only instaled CSS and not HL2 be able to play the map ?

After the first big SDK update in hammer in the textures window there are CSS and HL2 textures, not all CSS textures are labeled with cs in their name so if i use the filter with "cs" i dont get all CSS textures. is there any other way so i only get CSS textures in my textures window?
