CS:S Memory Error

Can someone please help me out, I seem to be getting a Memory Read Error everytime I Play CS:S, I get maybe 10mins into the game and the game crashes due to the Error. My friend who still plays 1.6 says that it used to happen to him but one day they just stopped(probly a steam fix). My ram is very good ram just bought not even 3 months ago its CorsairXMS PC-3200 anyways help would be very much appreciated. My system specs if you wondering.

AMD 2500+ OC @ 3200+ 400fsb
Asus A7N8X-E Delux Mobo
1 gig Corsair XMS PC-3200
Gigabyte 6800GT 256mb
520W Aspire Power Supply

I've had it happen to me too....similar system... amd xp2600+ 1 gig pc2700 ram, ati 9800 xt

I have had this problem as well . . . and I also have a similiar system, except i cannot even join a game, my game crashes while I am connecting to a server. Then i get the error message referencing memory . . . .

I've had problems with the Corsair memory I bought. Try checking it with memtest86 (http://www.memtest86.com/). My memory passed the memory check at boot up, but memtest86 does a much more thorough check and may show up problems.
