cs:s no dl if hl2 is preloaded???

heard lots of people on the cs:s hl2.net beef servers, that you dont have to download cs:s if you have hl2 preloaded....can anyone confirm this?

obviously something has to be downloaded as an update to unlock it though.

id like to know as im buying silver at 7pm...omg 1hr and 10 away...and im going out just after that. so id like to know if i have to wait for it to dl or not whilst i go out....and i wish i wasnt now lol.

Most of it is already preloaded.

You'll only have to get authed and the final bit (>3mb IMO)

Yah theres only a little bit of stuff left to download..

so hopefully there wont be too much stress on steams servers..
