CS:S Server Home Page

For a CS:S Server, how do you set a web page to display in the splash screen users see when they join your server?

By default it's just the "Welcome to CS 1.6..." message, I'm looking to point it to a web page.

motd

ok 1st it called a motd ... message of the day. and you need to beable to do some simple html. take your motd file from your server and just rewrite it in html to fit your needs.
