CS:S Source Server Browser

I know this isn't urgent, but for a while now (a long while) my server browser is just screwed up. Not only can I not add any favourites, but connecting is a pain (double clicking on the server will just bring up server info...where the ping will head to 2000). Putting "connect <ip here>" in console doesn't work, even though I know the server clearly exists. Eventually I will get into a server, but only by a fluke.

Any solution to this? (I know I'm not being very specific or informative, but it's hard to explain)

Exit from Steam first, then go delete (it will remove favorites):

C:\Program Files\Steam\config\serverbrowser.vdf
or
C:\Valve\Steam\config\serverbrowser.vdf

If that doesn't work delete clientregistry.blob
