How do I find the other maps for CS:S? I downloaded one....aztec 3 ... but now what folder do i place it in?

"hacked" maps or what you call beta maps are not allowed in this community. They use stolen files to make them. It is not allowed here. Sorry
This is your second thread about the same thing. Aztec 3 is a map made using stolen files and is NOT official.

I'm afraid you won't find help with these maps here as they were built using the stolen tools from the Half-Life 2 source code. We don't support the stolen source code at all as it's immoral and illegal.
