CS Source crosshair visiblity problem

I was tweaking my crosshair to make it smaller and brighter, and mainly just expermienting with what suited me, and now, all of a sudden I have no corsshair on the screen.

Things I've tried
1. changed "Crosshair" to a 1, then 0, then back to a 1. Nothing
2. played around with cl_crosshairscale, cl_crosshairalpha (cl_crosshairusealpha was on as well), and cl_crosshaircolor to no avail.

I'm a bit confused as to where my crosshair has gone off to, is there any way to revert CS Source back to it's defaut config without redownloading the game?

Also, I've tried going to Options and making the crosshair what I want there, but it doens't work. I checked the console after changing it with the Options menu, and it said that it couldn't execute userconfig.cfg. I don't use a userconfig.cfg, but I don't see how it needs that file to change the crosshair color/scale/visibility.

Set it to 2400. Maybe you'll get it back then.

To reset settings to default, just delete the config.cfg in steamsteamapps\*username*\Counter-strike source\cstrike\cfg


edit: psycho, "crosshair" is only a 0-1 variable.

My config has this:
crosshair "1"
cl_crosshaircolor "0"
cl_dynamiccrosshair "1"
cl_scalecrosshair "1"
cl_crosshairscale "2000"
cl_crosshairalpha "200"
cl_crosshairusealpha "0"

aha! I had cl_crosshairalpha at 6
As soon as I changed it to 200, it was back again. Thanks.

Ah. I thought he meant cl_crosshairscale
