Here is a high fps configs for Cs: Source. I think these configs helps alot of people who has a little lower performance ( I got ~20-40 fps better with these configs).
If you dont like the "messy" looks then dont bother.
High FPS config
Download or copy the file to X:\Steam\SteamApps\my.email\Counter-Strike Source\cstrike\cfg
and make it autoexec.cfg or else it doesen't work.
