CS: Source Sprays

i wanted to make a spray for cs s and so i googled it and i got a link to go to http://www.raiden.se/spraytut/ but there was a messagesaying:
Sorry, but this took too much bandwidth from me.
So does anyone kno where I can get another tutorial or make a tutorial for me please?
