I noticed on a vid of CS source that you run very fast compared to other "realistic tactical shooters". When you compare it to AAO game it looks silly. I like AAO and have been playing that fro a looong time. But i would like to try out CS Source also. Is it any good compared to AAO and can you compare them at all?

At this point in CS's development, it's considered more of an "arcade-ish" shooter. Yes it has realistic aspects such as weapons, etc., but it is much more fast paced than AAO. AAO goes for total realism in most aspects, while CS balances realism with fun and playability. If you like AAO tho, you should at least try CS, its very fun.

Ok i see. Well, that can be fun aswell. But im a sucker for "realistic tactical" shooters. Im going to have a try once im up and running with HL2. Does HL2 include CS Source BTW?

Yes it does. There is also a rumor about Half Life: Source being included in the retial package as well, not sure if thats totally positive tho.

in relation to HL1: source
no Valve (doug specifically) said that HL:Source will be released the same time that HL2 and CS:S is made available.. however as with most things from Valve its pretty vague and tends to start rumors.

I would expect to see it in the CE version, but I doubt it would be packaged with HL2.

CS:S can be bought seperately from HL2 (if for some odd reason you dont want HL2, only CS:S), however it also comes packaged in all versions of HL2.

Actaully valve has confirmed many times that cs:s and Hl2 will be in the same box, and only Hl:s will be available at the time of HL2's release (as a stand-alone product). Although G4-tech tv claims that hl:s will also be included in the box, which confuses me...
