only encountered this stuttering problem about a few days ago after steam has been updating. Before that counter strike source and HL2DM has been running perfectly.
Ive provided a screenshot of the net_graph 1, that runs when the stutting occurs (mainly throughout all CT source and HL2DM servers i go on. Below the FPS the "IN" numbers seem to go anywhere from 50s to 7000s (latest ive seen). Im sure it didnt happen before the stutterings occured.

One thing is that my HL2 single player is still working perfectly as before, without any stuttering. Another thing i found out is, that my brother also has purchased HL2 (we both purchased 2 seperate games and accounts) and we both use the same computer. But my brothers CT source and HL2DM works perfectly, where mine doesnt. We both never had this problem before as we both could run it normally before the problem had started.
