CSS beta + other Source content

Hey

Im pretty sure im not making this up When Gabe offically announced what was going to be in the CSS beta. He talked about Dust being the only map, but he also said there would be other small maps to see how other source engine features work on peoples machines.

Has anything been seen of this ? Or do you think these will only appear on the 18th.

yeah it's called 'test' but i've not heard much about it

yes i do aswell. whats that 'test_speakers' map? is it an actual map or what? can someone who has played it plese explain.

its called test_speakers basically it tests your speakers sound, when you load it, it says "Left" (left corner flashes) "Right" "Right corner flashes"

I also remember someone saying something about having maps to try out source's new features but I think that was "revoked" in a VALVe kind of way. So I don't think we'll be seeing that anytime soon.
