Css: Errors

My Mate has some problems with css..
he get engine errors, when he goes dust2, or any big map,
he can play aim_Ag_texture2 without any problems so what could the problem have been ?
he played today 2 hours and he could play war with us then he crashed because of a flashbang he tryed everything
( driver update ) audio update anything you can mind, but hes progressing because
first he couldn't get on a warserver now he can ? so whats the point? maybe hes driver doesn't know how to drive it?
But we did some search @ his video card
and downloaded ati tool it was 100degrees..
maybe hes video card is to hot ?
any help please

Intel(R) Pentium(R) D CPU 3.40 GHz
nvidia 7500 geforce LE

We used ati tool to check his temp.
normal it was 66% Ingame on menu screen 77% and its raising
So maybe its the problem its overheat?

What would help us is if we knew your friend's computer specs.

What are the engine errors?

Vertex buffer sometimes,
sometimes hl2 error ( is normal to everyone )
and just egine error thats all

Have you tried looking up the errors on Steam Support?

100 degrees is definitely on the high side for a CPU. He should be careful and maybe switch up his cooling (possibly too late already).
