My friend is going to buy the Silver Steam package and wants to play CSS with me. The problem is he has a 56k and doesn't wanna wait for it all to download. So I wanna know what GCF files are requires for him to play CSS so we can play right away.

I just use 2 dvdrw's and copy all of them but I suppose you should copy the ones that say
base source shared.
base source materials
base source models
base source sounds
counter-strike source base content
counter-strike source shared content
platform
source dedicated server
not 100% sure thats why I copy all of them.

they are also around 4 gigs all together. Hope you have a dvdrw drive and he has a dvd drive as well or thats going to be a few many cds.
