I've had this before but I can't remember how I solved it -
Basically I've done a fresh install of XP & of course Steam & my games. I go into CSS & try to download the server list but at this point CSS freezes & I have to hit the old reset button on my PC. I thought before that maybe this was a problem with Zone Alarm but all Steam/HL2 related stuff is enabled for full access in the program list. Erm. It must be something else then?!
