Css Source Keeps Frezzing

it never used to happen but lately cs source has been freezing up.. overt he past month it has started happening more and more often from perhaps once aday to not even being able to play fora solid hour without it just freezin up an i have to reboot my system specs are

p4 2.0 512ram ati radeon 9250

yer i no its a shit system

Download this program (Link) and run it. Then tell us the temperature of the CPU.

I don't think the ATi Radeon 9250 has a temperature sensor, though :|
