btw, I know my cpu is a bottleneck, according to you all. but still, i'm asking is it good for my specs overall.

I used some new forceware drivers and got an extra 4000 points in aquamark

Yeah, I know what you mean. For a newcomer, it could be quite confusing. I really think "they" should rephrase it.

ok im about to crap myself
my specs are almost identical to your except i have a XP2400+ and an ATI radeon 9600 256mb and my 3dsmark score was 830, wtf. and im stuck running hL2 in low everythign and im still getting low frames 10-20. and yes ive cleaned and replaced all my drivers.
