Custom Player names how to

Hi more and more lately im seeing players on cs:source with custom names "names with special fonts / smaller / larger text etc." Im trying to figure out how this is done because i would also like to do this myself - If anyone has done this or knows how to do this please give me the info! any help is appreciated thnx!
