Custom steam icons

Do you guys know anywhere where i can download custom steam icons

(like for the icon that you have on your desktop?)

i saw one on "that one website we have a hissy fit over if you mention it" for some guys avator of a guy bending over and the little animated steam icon lol it was great


i can't find any anywhere
