Custom Texture Question

Hey, ive got my custom textures working fine and dandy except for one thing. In game my own photographed textures "overlap" where you can see the ends etc. I have paintshopro 9. anyway i can fix this ?

Try clicking "fit" in the texture properties tool in hammer


?...Gonna need some more info.
