Customized Cs:s Player Names

Hi all, i have an interesting question - for all you ppl who regulary play cs:s youl have noticed the some ppl have special chars in their player name eg - spidster with a small tm sighn next to it or writing thats all spikey etc...
and so i was wondering - "HOW THE HELL DO THEY DO THAT!" so how do they , ne1 know cuz ide like a tm next to my name too :E

Start, All Programs, Accessories, System Tools, Chartacter Map. Make sure the font is on Arial or it won't work.
